How do I Make Payment ?You can make payment for any of the items by adding the item to the Shopping Cart and checking out. During Check out you will be offered various forms of payments that we accept. In case of Credit Card Payment, you will be automatically forwarded to the gateway of our Payment Processor (under integration). For Payment through Money Order/Check or other forms of online Payment, your Order shall be processed and you will receive an email with your Order ID # and details. For details on how to make payment please visit our Payment Info page. Please note that for Check/Money Order payments, Goods will only be shipped subject to realization of Payment. Sometimes it may take slightly longer depending on whether the item is a special order item or is not in stock (which can happen sometimes due to excessive online orders) in which case our support staff will contact you with details. Back to TopWhat is the mode of shipment ?Items are usually shipped through first class International Courier service with tracking facility. Usual transit time for shipments is 5-7 days. For Aura Hats Shipment we ship through EMS of the Indian Postal Service due to this being a volume item. Local shipments within India are shipped through Skypak India. Back to TopHow do I make a Hotel Booking ?Please go to the Hotel Bookings Page and select the Country, State & city where you want booking. Select the Property type and press the search button. The interface is quite simple. You will get a selection of Hotels matching your search criteria. Most Hotels are on instant reservation, but some of the Hotels may be 'On Request', hence you will only get your confirmation of booking vide email after you have requested a booking and not on real time basis. Back to TopCan I get a refund on my Hotel Booking fee that I have paid if I cancel my booking ?You can get a refund on your booking provided it is done within the time frame stipulated in the Hotel cancellation Policy. Please note that there maybe a cancellation charge for cancelling bookings. Our Hotel rates are most competitive rates as they are rates provided by the Hotels directly without markup. As these are the most competitive rates, cancellation fees may apply wherever applicable. If you are not satisfied with your Purchase for any reason whatsoever, please contact us within 3 Days of receipt of goods to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
